Unit Pricing
Unopened, retired or other out-of-service computers are not counted. In addition to computer workstations assigned to individual staff for typical daily usage, rate includes physical servers, spare, unoccupied, shared or other ready-to-be-used computers; owned by your organization, located on your premises or at remote locations. Monthly rate will be adjusted only when the total count changes by plus or minus five (+/- 5) units. There are no extra monthly charges for smartphones, printers, routers, modems, or other embedded devices. We do not charge extra to assist users in getting their personally owned home computers, laptops, tablets or other mobile devices connected to your organization’s infrastructure for remote work.
